SPECIAL PURPOSE MACHINE TOOL DESIGN

Customization in designing machine tools satisfies two conditions simultaneously, increasing the manufacturing capacity and optimizing the cost of manufacturing of the component. With our team of design engineers and advanced manufacturing capabilities of TASA, we help our customers cross these limitations and achieve the maximum manufacturing capability of their production system. We have developed special purpose machines which not only covers metal cutting but forming technologies as well and we provide our complete support over maintaining these special purpose machines. Our designs cover CNC and PLC-based control systems with complete system support from Fanuc and Siemens.

The machine design and development are completely customized with respect to the customer production requirements and the layout of the production system. Hence, the customer has complete control over the design and performance decisions over the machine system.
